1. Use smaller plates when eating, so you trick yourself into thinking you're eating a lot
2. Portion control!!!
3. Cut back on any drink (especially soda!) that's not water. Also, take junk food out of your diet. If you want something as a substitute to chips, I highly recommend Snap Pea Crisps(I love the caesar flavored ones!). They're salty, crunchy, and satisfying. I'm not saying that they're actually healthy, but they're not unhealthy, if you know what I mean. Hope I helped :)
You might want to talk to your doctor about diet pills, but I can almost assure you s/he will prefer you exercise and eat right. You don't have to go on a specific diet; just eat lots of fruits and vegetables, drink a lot of water, and do light exercises like jogging, walking, or even rope jumping.
A little exercise is good for you just start small and work your way up. And when your about to eat something ask yourself," am I really hungry or am I just bored so I'm eating??" if you really have the drive to loss weight though. You would exercise.
