Is it possible to brush your teeth too much?

I'm just really curious to know if you can actually brush your teeth to much.

Unless you are brushing really hard and scraping off your gum tissue, you can't brush your teeth too much. There is no "yellow part" of teeth. If anything is going to get yellow, it's the part you brush, and that won't happen if you're brushing regularly. Don't forget to floss, too.

Yes, you can. What usually happens is that your gums get sore or they start to recede which makes your teeth look longer and the yellow part of the tooth will show more. Expression "long in the tooth" is used to describe older people.

Brushing your teeth too much has nothing to do with being "long in the tooth."

Yes of course no time for explaining and giving facts but yes just brush your teeth 3 times a day and you'll be fine in the morning and afternoon and night
