Does any one know a way to manually refresh the PSN store on the PS Vita?

It is actually hard or impossible to manually refresh the PSN store on the PS Vita. The PSP and PS Vita can only be activated or enabled from the PSP or PS Vita system. You should consider contacting the customer support desk for more inquiries.
