My pit bull puppy has been rubbing her belly against everything, I believe because it itches.Now her nipples are sore. What could this be?

Parasites like fleas and dust mites can crawl onto the belly of a dog and cause irritation, which might result in the behavior you are seeing. Contact dermatitis and seasonal infections can also cause this and so can yeast or bacterial infections. Take her to a vet for proper diagnosis and treatment.
