What can i do to lose weight fast but not to much that i wont be healthy?

My weight is 125 i am 13 and not very happy i am so worried about becoming fat

Eats healthy and get plenty of exercise. As you get a little older your weight will level off. Losing too much weight at you age could effect development. If your really concerned about your weight you need to talk with your Dr. I know for older people to lose more than a pound a week is bad. Quick weight loss only effect the fluids in your body and is very unhealthy. Your only 13. Give your body a little more time before you try to change it. Good luck.

play sports excersize is the best advice to everyone its summer go out play sports have fun sofrball soccer there are camps outthere. Eat fruits still eat meat because it will help your body you can eat more fish as meat which is a good diet.

Remember If you are on this diet and it eliminates one of your food groups you will not get all of the things you need to survive if this diet only has plants in it you will not get protein but you say nuts have protein yes but incomplete protein so you need to eat two things with incomplete protein like rice and beans and some things don't work together so be careful with diets.

Eat right, exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, drink plenty of water and get plenty of rest.

i am 14 and 120 so we are almost in the same boat lol
almost everyday i feel fat but i just pick up a good book to forget about anyting thats bothering me. usually works :/
