What kinds of cats like being held?

I think it would depend more on the cat it self because I have two cats that are American Curl and one likes to be held and the other doesn't. If your asking to get a cuddling cat then I would suggest to by a baby and hold and cuddle with it so that it would like it and enjoy being held.

Mostly all of them like to be hold but cats tend to go cuddle up with the ones who dislike them for some reason.

Well i have Two siames and they like being held but my Maine coon cat hates being held so it really does depend on the cat

If you hold it for 40 minutes a day as a kitten, then it will love to cuddle.
