How can I transfer music form my iPod touch to my PC without iTunes

I bought a new computer because the one I had crushed and all my files, including my music, we're deleted. Luckily I still have all of my music on my iPod 4g (iOS 5) and I want to transfer my music to my new PC. PLEASE HELP ME, I can't live without my music and I can't sync my iPod to my new iTunes without deleting my music.

You must download iTunes, then sync your music, no other way.
