Eat a lot of smaller well balanced meals a day, and drink a lot of water. I went on the Adkins diet, and without excercise lost 60 pounds in one year :) You can look up that diet if you'd like. Good luck.

Healthy diet. Water resistance training worked well for me after my back surgery it allowed low impact movement yet the resistance of the water helps build endurance and strength. Isometric exercise also helps by doing these less strenuous exercise helps build muscle and burn calories

I'm doing a 1200 calorie per day diet.Eat breakfast with 300 calories and a piece of fruit, lunch around 300 with a salad, and dinner 300 calories with a 1/2 cup of non starchy vegetable. Have a morning snack less then 100, late afternoon snack, a fruit and a dessert, less then 100 calories. So far I've lost 45 lbs.
