Im retired and work a part time job . should i get holiday pay if the co offers it to regular employee,

. " does a part time driver have the same right as a full time employ such as the condition off the equipment and scheduled . i only get to drive the equipment that no one else drives , and the schedule that no one else will take ,

You should get a holiday pay if the company offers it to their regular employees. However, we are told that you can't get it unless you work for 40 hours or more per week.

Unless you work 40 hours a week you are not entitled to any kind of benefits.
