Black= Hurt/Enraged, Blue= Happy, Green=Neutral, Rusty Brownish-Red= Active/ Emotional, White= Frustrated, Gray= Stressed. I wear mood rings and these colors frequently show up. There are possibly more colors. I found a website that should help you. http://sheofmermaids.blogspot.com/

Actually, the colors change with your body's temperature. Get your hands warm, and then put the ring on. The color will be greenish-blue. Then, get your hands cold, and watch the colors change to grayish-black. Depending on the manufacturer, there will be a bunch of colors changing, as your hand temperature decreases or rises. So actually, the colors mean you're hot or cold. Me personally, my ring color was always either black or blue.
A mood ring doesn't acutally show your feelings based on a color. These colors are just what the package said: Red-Bitter Orange-Normal Yellow-Sick Green-Excited Blue-Sad Purple-Romantic Black-Angry Brown-Tired Hope this helps!
Mood rings have nothing to do with moods. They only sense body temperature through the circulation in your hands. Blue means you have normal temperature/circulation. I used to smoke and my ring would be blue and then after a cig, it would turn black. That's about as helpful as it ever was. Seriously, if you need a ring to tell you how you feel, then I can't offer much more help.
