What is the best course of action if your girlfriend thinks it is okay to hangout with someone who likes her without you there?

If your girlfriends want to hang out with someone who likes her just leave her alone to do what she wants. Girls like being given space and if she thinks it is okay then she has no ulterior motives.

Show her that you're secure in your relationship with her and let her do it.

Give her a chance if she effs up then she ain't the one for you, but give her the benefit of the doubt.

Get over it. Just because someone likes her doesn't mean the feeling is mutual. Acting insecure and not trusting her is one sure way to put a huge wedge between you two.

Define "hangout with". I probably wouldn't choose to hang out with person who liked me if I had a significant other. If I worked with person and had to see them I'd be friendly but not make habit of lunches or hanging out But that's just me.
