How to jailbreak?

I have an iPod touch 2G with IOS 4.2.1. A few months ago someone stole my IPod touch (not the 2G but the newest one out right now; I had two). after using the newer one I miss everything about it, my 2G sucks compared to it and I would like to jailbreak it so it has everything the newer one does. if there is anything that would jailbreak my iPod touch 2G IOS 4.2.1 to the latest IOS please leave a link to the website and brief instructions. In order to jailbreak iPod touch 2G IOS 4.2.1, download GreenPois0n, connect your iPhone via USB to your computer and click on "Jailbreak" on GreenPois0n.
