What are some great fashion trends for teens?

well im in seventh grade and im going into eight and i really want to know what are some cute fashion trends and where i can get nice cool cute clothes..(: thankyou!!

A lot of new trends this year include color blocking and natural makeup. you can get really cute outfits at forever 21.

Skirts are the first thing to being "cute" if thats wat ur trying to be. Are u trying to be cute? Girly? Sofisticated looking? Serious looking? Tom-boy? Goth? Emo? Nerdy looking? Smart but cool looking?

Be original!! Im in the tenth grade and almost everyone,i'm a bit of a nerd and wear boho/vintage/hippy-chic styled clothing.most of its stuff that 'normal' people wouldn't wear-like rompers(long/short legged)vintage 20's dresses,i even make some of my clothes!my 8th grade sis loves 50s/60s stuff,so she has a ton of Beatles memorabiliathe and does her hair like rosy the riveter a lot.Dressing original(as your self)helps to boost your confidence and that makes for a healthy teen and makes you very attractive to guys.a lot of people notice me because of my confidence and my ability to not be afraid to be myself(and not my curves)-which i have none;)or because i dress slutty-I’m very modest and i know all of my guy friends appreciate that in a girl(my moms a psychiatrist if you’ve seen the ‘healthy’ stuff)because i dress the way i dress i get a lot of compliments, because i can pull of stuff others couldn't just because of my personality!if something matches your personality it doesnt have to be in stlye for it to look good on you!my older sister whos a senior in college talks about how she wishes that she hadn't gone with the flow when she was younger,and dressed like everyone else.

@greenpaws123 there is a website called chicfashionista.com I'm pretty sure that's the name but if not just google it and it'll pop up! It has bunch of quizzes that help you to find out more about your personality and fashion style. I'm really eccentric-- I don't have a definitive fashion style. :D hope this helps!

Be as original as possible! I'm currently in ninth grade and I wear things that keep me comfortable, even though I look like a nerd sometimes, but in a good way. This causes you to attract more guys. Also, don't be afraid to show your personality through what you wear. Just go with the flow! :)

Good fashion trend is to remain a young lady. Create your own style. Don't know if you have to wear uniforms or not. Either way, knee socks, nice skirt and blouse with casual shoes. Casual shoes (flats, converse, sandals, etc)are less expensive than brand tennis shoes. Also kapris. also accessories with belts, earings, bracelets.

Clothes: Skinny jeans (in color) Aroepostale, Hollister, Pacsun American Eagle, and Abercrombie and Fitch.
Shoes: Converse, flats, and boots.
Accessories: Feather earings and fedoras
Stores: Ross, Forever 21, Kholes, and you can get cute accessories and hats at Claires.

i was wondering the same thing only i am going from eighth grade to ninth,but i dont want to be a hippie chick(YUCK NOT MY STYLE) and i dont want my ears pierced... however Kohl's has great dresses and skirts,(and cute bags/purses to match) i have a more girly style so that's just my opinion and i dont mean to be rude or inconsiderate of anybody else's styles and or opinions

Well my everyday trend is skinny jeans that are rolled up to the middle of my calf, toms, a v-neck with an under shirt, and my raybans (glasses) they look like nerdy hipster chic kinds, but this is what i wear to school(: on summer days i wear yellow neon colored shorts that go with a cute hello kitty shirt i found at hot topic ( i found the shorts at pacsun)and i finish the outfit up with my toms and curling my hair !! TA-DA ^_^

Try a low cut skirt with frills and a cute belt to match along with tall boots and maybe even skinny jeans to go under it. Wear cute jewelery such as beaded bracelets and charmed necklaces. Try to wear a frilled white blouse or a girly tank top with a cute printed tee. Try to be yourself! If you wear makeup, try a cherry not too dark - not too light lipstick with a fruity flavor, a light eyeliner, and a little bit of blush. SHOP AT JUSTICE, AWESOME STORW!!! Bright colors are in right now, as well as fabric flowers. I'm also going into eighth grade, so here's a list of stores I always can find cute, in-style fashions in: Rue 21. Rainbow. Maurice's. Heartbreaker. Gordman's. Aeropostale. Wet Seal. American Eagle. Claire's. I hope this helps you find something you love!

Urban and Vintage look. skinny jeans. Toms , blouses and stuff with shorts (no booty shorts) You wanna dress girly You can got to Forever21 , wetseal or Rue 21 which is the cheapest . Im a 10th grader in highschool I know what im talking about girls dress like this EVERYDAY. including me. Dont be sloppy with it. and whear things that fit you.

neon colors are totally in.Try black t-shirt or long sleeve with a neon color tank top under it, definitely for hair do a nice bump maybe curls, or side bangs, eyes do not use neon colors they make people look like prostatuits, tribal pants are not cute at all^^ skinny jeans yes , flowered skirts yes, cargo shorts no.flip flops of all different colors with neon nails yes.no eye shadow, black eye liner and black mascara keep your face simple

Whatever you like. I wear my dark purple converse with my neon green shoe laces (because I think it looks awesome and I like it) and I have gotten a lot of compliments. You don't have to wear super uncomfortable heels and tight skinny jeans. Just be you. :)

Create your own sense of style (: I know the hipster trend is popular now because I see it everywhere in my high school. I'm going to be a Junior in high school and let me tell you. People really don't care about your clothes. Be as expressive as you want to be! As long as you're a good person, what you wear doesn't matter. Don't conform to the 'in' trend. (:
