My friend had a late period and then it came but lasted two days could she be pregnant?

My friend has been asking me questions so now I am asking for you to help her too. She said her period was about 10 days late but when it finally came it only lasted two and half days she says she usually has her period for a total of 5 days straight every time but now its not. Could she be pregnant?

She could be pregnant. She could take a home pregnancy test, but it would be better to see a doctor, instead, because pregnancy tests done early in a pregnancy can yield false negative results.

Could be, since it didn't follow her regular pattern she should take a pregnancy test

If she isn't she might need to see a doctor
