Stretch and warm up before workout, stretch and cool down after workout, eat either a spoon full of peanut butter or any other good source of protein!
you might want to go see a doctor and ask for your circular system to be checked
warm up before exercise
Sounds like you aren't breathing properly during the exercise. You could be holding your breath which gives major headache.
