How come I cant enable anything from winterboard on my jailbroken iPod?!? PLz help!!!!!!!

In order to enable anything from winterboard on your jailbroken iPod, it has to be available on Cydia. You also need to reboot it from your computer. Learn about the installation of themes from http://www.ehow.com/how_8425225_install-keyboard-themes-iphone-4.html.
