Stupid question. Of course you did. Reminds me of the idiot thing about if a tree falls in the forest, and there is nobody there to hear it - does it still make a sound? Uh - yeah! A sound is a sound, whether it's heard or not. And if you did it - you did it.

Absolutely- karma can be a bitch - if your not a sociopath just living with the knowledge is way more expensive on the spirit than any profit one would gain through stealing.
