Did government make up Kony 2012 just to get money?

Kony 2012 is believed to be some fraud made by some programmers and not the government. However, Joseph Kony is a real man that has been terrorizing Ugandans, with its army known as the Lord Resistance Army.

It wasn't the US Government, just some hipster dolt who's now "jacking it in San Diego". Joseph Kony is a real guy though.
