Cardio is the best exercise for burning far. Targeted exercise is for toning and strengthening the area. To lose fat, try running, biking, elliptical or swimming.

do excersises that target the belly fat, like sit ups. also do lots of cardio. (:

By basically exercising and eating right. I ride my bike for a couple of weeks and I ate apples had salad for a few lunches and I've lost 24.3 pounds already.
