A lump on your breast is a common symptom for developing breast cancer. Whether you have cash or not, you need to get help. At least consult a doctor. I could be wrong. Just try to call a doctor's office and tell them your situation and ask if they know of any affordable but dependable doctors.

I heard that cancer feeds off sugars but I am not a doctor. Perhaps you might try a herbal detox, but that might lead you to overdose on some vitamins. If I were you I would drink more water and breathe out more. I think that helps to remove toxins. Again, I am not a doctor so I wouldn't be able to tell you if its malignant(spreads thru blood) or not. I had a lump in my breast behind my nipple I was worried about it when i was getting breasts and i saw the doctor for it. I got a sonogram and the doctor said it was follicle scar tissue, whatever that is. Anyways, it went away over time. When developing breasts you get a "core" or at least i did. Perhaps a breast pump would help? Check if you are lactacting and then tell a doctor or some professional about it... I hope this helps. Remember that worrying about it won't help any might make it worse. I heard that animals release toxins in their bloodstreams when they know they are about to die and that is what i was taught to justify vegetarian or the kosher halal diets... I can't remember which exactly... I hope I'm not ranting.
You can go to a county hospital. Most have out patient clinics, or go to their urgent care clinic. I believe they have to treat you whether you have money or not. At any rate, you need to find out what it is. I know you are worried sick. I would be.
