Yes it is possible to have some bleeding, and mistake it for your period.

You can have bleeding after you are pregnant. If you are more than a month pregnant, this could mean an issue w/ hormones or an early warning of miscarriage. Contact your OB/GYN doctor for advice.

I went to the ER earlier today and they did blood work on me and found out my hormone level is only 400. also they couldnt find anything with the ultrasound. does that mean i misscarried or is there a possibility i could still be pregnant?

It's not exactly the same thing. It's not menstrual blood .. you may be hemorrhaging. It's always best to talk to your doctor if you are frequently spotting and especially if you are 'flowing'.
