What is an fast and efficient way for a 13 year old to lose weight?
I weigh around 130 which some people would say is pretty skinny but all the fat is in the worst places that makes me look really fat...I've cut out snacks in between meals, and during school I had PE everyday for an hour, I'm really active, I'm on the varsity Dance team even tho I'm only going into 7th grade, how can I loose a little more weight over the summer? I'm planning on going on runs every day in the summer because I now don't have homework and school. I want to look good next year in school, how should I do this? thanks!
