Yes, I had a friend who was pulled over for going one mile an hour over the speed limit. He thought he would fight the ticket and plead not guilty. When the judge asked him if he was speeding, he replied,"Yes, but by only one mile". The judge said,"Even one mile an hour over the speed limit is still breaking the law, I'm sorry your guilty". So what's the moral of the story here kids? That's right! Lie!
It will give them reason to if they see something suspicious and technically they can but it is very unlikely that they will because the average flow of traffic is about 5 miles per hour over the speed limit on residential roads.
