any kind of soda is probably bad for you. Just don't drink a whole lot , maybe 1 or 2 glasses. Drink mostly water and you should be fine. I don't know it it's true or not, but I heard soda can actually dehydrate you faster? If you're really concerned about your health, the best thing to do, would be to just stick to water.

I once heard that aspartame (artificial sweetener) caused cancer in lab rats. Stevia is supposed to be a natural alternative, I haven't tried it. The only decent diet is DR. Pepper in my opinion. But some food colorings also cause cancer... and those are present in some sodas regardless of diet vs regular. You can make your own soda with dry ice (frozen carbon dioxide). Ex. Sassafrass root for Root Beer. Or ginger ale... look up make soda on youtube or maybe instructables.com If you have to make it yourself you'd probably drink less of it.
