My skin is coming of my toe what do i do

it is bleeding and black

you probably hit it, it had an internal bleeding and the blood dried inside and became black/dark red/purple

That sound like fungus or frostbites go to the doctors or the emergency room because if it's frostbites it can spread and will end up having to be chopped off

Your skin is probably not being taken care of (your toe skin). So in my thoughs I think you might bump into something while you were walking but
if its really bad then talk to your doctor.

It is not good that it is black. You really need to see a Dr about this. NOW would be good. You don't want to lose your toe.

Get medical attention! Now. Black can be a sign of gangrene. We don't want you to lose a toe, or toes, or a foot, or.... This is especially dangerous if you are diabetic.
