How much trouble can you get in if you vandalized many people's property with spray paint.

two guy friends of mine who are both 13 went and vandalized almost every garage in an ally last night and i am worried about how much trouble they will get in

They can face all sorts of repercussions from this, up to and including fines, restitution, a criminal record, probation and time in Juvenile Hall. Clearly THEY weren't worried about the consequences or what effect their actions would have on the property owners, so if I were you, I wouldn't worry about them. In fact, I would sever all ties with them before you find yourself getting caught up in one of their stupid escapades.

Of all the things to do - spray paint? One of the most difficult things to remove from surfaces. If caught they're going before a judge, pay fines, face major embarrassment. And rightly so. If they did this to home or property, they'd be safer in jail versus facing me.

you will get prosecute for trespassing and burglary and will face time in jail depends on the way the case is handled in court

Major major trouble and they are deserving of it . People work hard for what they have and then to have those little losers to do that. Hopefully the law prevails

The one kid is a loser (I agree) but the other one is my boyfriend who would never do anything like this. I think he was influenced by the other and I'm more worried about him
