I have visitations with my daughter every other weekend but have not seen her in two years and I still pay child support what should I do

Report as

Family issues are always the most difficult...you can try a lawyer, but it never worked for us (in Texas)...there is apparently no way to force someone to let you see your child...only a way to force you to pay child support...we are waiting for our little girl to get old enough to ask why we weren't there when she was growing up...don't know what to tell you, other than I hope you make it and can see your little girl, for yourselves and for all of us out here who tried and failed...

Continue with child support and go to court to force the visitation. (this, of course, if you are being denied the visitations by the other parent). If you just haven't seen the child in two years of your own accord, get to it!

no I love my daughter very much and miss her more then you can imagine I don't know what or why her mom has turned her against me many cause I wont take her bake after she cheated on me ain't right to use the one thing that means the most to me I'm afraid my kid will dislike me more if I take her mom to court

Your child will dislike you MORE if you don't fight for her. The longer you take the more time mom has to spoil her against you and the harder it will be to build a bond between the two of you. You MUST fight for your right to see your child. Let mom say cruel untruths about you - don't ever do the same - don't badmouth mom to your child your child WILL one day realize where the real love lies.

No. There's no way I would go 2 years without seeing my daughter. But now, you have to make up for lost time. Kids are forgiving, so don't waste time. Go see her!
