is trespassing a felony? what about on government property?

Trespassing on government property can get you shot.... without question.
Please obey the law.... its just easier that way.

I think in most states trespassing is a misdemeanor, not a felony. Trespassing on government property is a criminal offense, but the degree depends on the property involved.
