What are some stores with cute clothes?

I'm getting a giftcard for my little step sister for her first year of Jr High:) but I don't know where to look. We live in California and she is petite so.. yeah. Thank you soo much!!! :)

Rue 21, forever 21, 578, the buckle, areopostal (not sure on spelling) ambercrombie, hollister, American eagle, Victoria secret, just depends on ur style usually I just go in all the little stores in the mall there's a ton of good ones

i like "Rue 21", depending on her size maybe "justice"
If you want to go more for accesories you could go to "claire's" , it has super cute earings and hair accesories

macy's has really cute stuff, i looove their woman's petite stuff, they have some super chic stuff.... but i am way too tall for it!
