Is it illegal for a dog to ride on a motorcycle in Illinois?

I doubt that there's a specific rule about that, but however there is rules stating that you need a license to drive a motorcycle and there is probably also rules that prohibit animals from getting a license for driving motorized vehicles.

It is most likely illegal, as the DMV regulations in Illinois allows only registered persons with a driving license to ride motorcycles.
