How can i make youtube videos low def/ low quality?

right clicking on the screen doesn't have the option to change it

Its very easy to change the quality of videos,below the seek bar there is an option showing pixels like 260p,320p or 480p.Just click at that and it will show you available pixels for the video.Choose the lowest if you want it at low quality and choose the maximum if you want highest quality.
