Does anyone know any good stretches to get a needle. I have a scorpion but whatever stretches undo they just don't work!!!

it's soo frustrating I am a flyer and I need this!! please help! :)

When performing the needle stretches, you are required to first focus on your balance. You can stand on one leg and lift the other to the highest position possible then push the stretch further using both hands. Switch your position and perform the same exercise on the other leg.
