Every time I move in skyrim the ground dims and blurs. Is there anyway to fix this? It really hurts my eyes. Pc version.

My computer has a 64 bit OS, windows 7 home premium, 8 gb ram, ATI Radeon HD 3870 graphics card, and 3.00GHz processor.
I can run Skyrim on high settings with the Antialiasing and Anisotropic filtering turned off and get 60 fps.
The same thing also happens to npcs when they turn and objects such as tables, now that I think about it. It happens to everything.

You will have to lower your settings, even though you have a decent system the graphics card can handle the beauty of the world of Skyrim. Your only other option is to upgrade your graphics card to something around in the HD 600 series and then you will be able to run on high settings with no blurring. Hope this helps.

There could be an issue with the PC version you are using. To fix this, you should install drives that are compatible with the Skyrim game. You should ask a technician to help you figure out what the appropriate drives are that you require.
