Why won't my husband buy me gifts or flowers in 15 years when he says I am a good wife?

Here is the real answer, not sugar coated and deep inside you probably know it is right.

Well, sadly he is the same un-romantic and thoughtless man you married 15 years ago.

People don't change unless they want to, so the question is why did you pick him out of everyone in the world in the first place.

Have your personal levels of self esteem grown in 15 years, or do you see things more clearly now or what has changed that suddenly makes this upset you ?

This is the perfect topic for couples counseling and that is probably a good idea.

There could be a couple of different reasons why your husband would not purchase you flowers or gifts the whole 15 years. Some guys are not into giving flowers or gifts even though they appreicate you. Some just do not think that it really matters.

Because he doesn't speak your love language! Sit down and go over the 5 love laungages with him and express to him that your live languages are the way you feel and recurve love. Maybe than he will understand how important it is to you.

Do you buy him things? Like the tools he wants? If so- sorry, maybe he is saving up for a really nice thing..
If not- he probably feels the same way!

It's just not important to him. You can be upset when he fails you in the romance department. I prefer to remember all those other days when he's the best guy in the world. Let your disappointment go cause you can't change it.

Buy them for yourself flowers. If he asks you why you bought them tell him it makes you feel happy & appreciated. Maybe he'll get the hint.

Maybe he's not the flower type guy
Or maybe he doesn't have a clue what you like
You two should work on communicating each others needs to eachother more. It's never too late...
