How can I get rid of saggy skin on my lower abs without surgery? I have 3 kids, 5'7" tall and weigh 122 pounds and am very fit.

Make sure that you drink at least eight glasses of water in a day and carry out some cardiovascular exercises such as walking, jogging or riding a bike for 20 minutes four times a week. Stretching exercises. Put one arm over your head and stretch as far across as you can. Then the other arm. Do 10 - 20 daily, at least. This will tighten up the skin.
