I have severe hand cramping anyone know anything? What type doctor do I see for this?

Some of the reasons for cramps in your hand could be as a result of conditions affecting muscles and nerves in your hand. You can relieve yourself by stretching and flexing the fingers and the muscles in the palm of your hand. It could also be caused by trauma or injury to a nerve in your hand. You need to visit an orthopedic for more consultation and treatment.

How old are you? Because it could be arthritis.

That's a sign of low electrolytes...try something like Gatorade, eat a banana for potassium, some salty chips...and water...if you're out in the sun get into shade...
