I need some good recipes for using baby spinach I planted lots of it in my garden. Ex: spinach dip, casseroles, salads, etc.

Rolled meatloaf: Take 1lb of hamburger. Put seasonings of your choice, a couple of eggs, half of a small package of crackers, & catsup. Mix. Then place foil on a cookie sheet. Press the hamburger mixture out. Spread the spinach on top, then shred mozzarella cheese on top of that. Roll it all up into the foil. It will look like a log. Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350°.

you can make really yummy smoothies!! my mom forced me to drink this one but i ended up liking it she just put random amounts in and didnt measure but its AMAZINGGGG it has baby spinach, pineapple, orange juice, and ice!!
