What is installous, what does it do, is it legal, and how do I use it?

I don't want to install anything with it till I know the facts....

Installous is an app for jail-broken apple devices. It is basically the illegal app store. It makes almost every app free. It is illegal, and you go into the Cydia app store and do a bunch of complicated things and then just install it onto your device.

Nah, the authorities don't really waste their time small stuff like that. But if your device breaks and you need to bring it back to Apple, they may refuse to help you if they notice it's jail-broken.
