im pretty upset right now!

It wasn't really a question. You asked "I hate bullying! Can u spread out the word so bullying can stop?" That is violating the community guidelines. And also, it's not removed yet but it could be.

try refreshing your laptop. if you are doomed to not seeing it, ask another question that's approppiate.
