Anyone who believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and that he died on the cross for our sins and asks Him in their heart will be saved. They will go to Heaven when they die. Whoever does not receive Him will go to Hell. John 3:16. For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
"To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." God said,"I would that none should perish." "My Word, shall not return to ME, void; but shall accomplish what it has been sent of to do." "And there was a multitude, dress in white gowns, of the redeemed that no man could number." Jesus Christ,"Deny yourself, pick up your cross, and follow me." "The servant is not greater than his Master, if they hate you, remember, they HATED ME, first." "The violent, take the Kingdom Of God, by storm." They behead St John the baptist, and they crucified The Lord Of Glory.
When someone dies they fall asleep in death, which means there is no dreaming nor thoughts. They are not burning in hell. Jesus provides a way out for those who have died. He will awaken all those who have died, and resurrect them into a new paradise earth. Where they will have a chance to live forever, if they chose to want to obey Jehovah's righteous rule. All those that I know that have died will be back.
As the Catechism says, death puts an end to human life as the time open to either accepting or rejecting the divine grace manifested in Christ. In other words there are no opportunities to grow in holiness, no second chances. After we die we immediately stand before the judgement seat of Jesus and He will reward us based on how we have lived our lives, on how we have responded to the blessings and graces He gave us. This is called the particular judgement, because it refers to each of us individually. If we have died in the state of grace, we will go to Heaven or spend some time in purgatory. If we have died in a state of mortal sin, we will immediately go to Hell. Many of our culture are afraid of death. Why? Probably because they do not really grasp the meaning of life. We need to prepare ourselves for death by living our lives as Jesus calls us to, by loving Him with all our strength and loving our neighbors as ourselves. Many of the great saints longed for their time on earth to come to an end so that they could go home to be with the Lord. They were unafraid of death because they understood the purpose of life and lived it: They loved.
May be Death is the FINALITY. We'll never know, where we'd go, or if we'd at all go anywhere, after we die!! Since no one came back to give the testimony (except the frauds), therefore we can only know the truth once we are there for ourselves. The rest is imagination, supposition or imposition. Do not let your imagination be decided for u by some frauds. Because, death will trump all probability.
It depends on what kind of life that person has lived on the earth. If they've lived faithfully and according to God's will, they will go to heaven. But if they follow the things of the world and live full of unforgiven sin, then they'll go to hell :(
I dont think you go to hell or heaven. Maybe heaven more likely. Do not be negative. Live a good, happy, joyous, fun, understanding, life. With all its ups and downs and make sure you implant your good times in your memory so that when you are dying you can think of all this good memories and you will go with this memories in your brain. I hope family , relatives, friends can be there so you can talk to them while you are dying. If people can not be there with you in your last minutes then you alone can put your life images in your brain and go peacefully. You can also pray; while you are dying. But I would think it be nice to have people or at least one person. I love people. Amen. I hope this helps. It helped me while I was answering it.
Ecclesiastes Chpt:12 Vrs;7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the breath of life shall return unto God who gave it.
Ecclesiastes Chpt:9 Vrs;5-6 5 For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not anything, neither have they anymore a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. 6 Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished: neither have they any more a portion forever in anything that is done under the sun..
In other words.. No Gohst and No heaven right away. and No hell right away and when i say hell i mean the hell that people picture right away in their minds cause.. The word hell realy means Beruial.. tomb underground.. Being Six feet under ground.. In that case.. Yeah We all go to hell. But hell with the internal fire and so on.. No.. Not such thing..
Jude chpt:1 Vrs; 7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over the fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
My theory splits into three categories: mind: is much like the phantom limb phenomenon, in which the victim is unaware he/she is missing a limb, in fact they think its still there to release the body from trauma, when we die our consciousness will create a chemical reaction to influence our ectoplasm to release itself from eternal abyss.
Body: scientifically proven that the compounds in our bodies will become compost in the terms of the circle of life.
Soul: much like the body, becomes one from which it came: the astral plane, where the divine reside.
The prophet Alma in the Book of Mormon explains to us, "Now, concerning the state of the (spirit) between death and the resurrection--Behold, it has been made known unto me by an angel, that the spirits of all men, as soon as they are departed from this mortal body, yea, the spirits of all men, whether they be good or evil, are taken home to that God who gave them life. And then shall it come to pass, that the spirits of those who are righteous are received into a state of happiness, which is called paradise, a state of peace, where they shall rest from all their troubles and from all care, and sorrow. And then shall it come to pass, that the spirits of the wicked yea, who are evil--for behold, they have no part nor portion of the Spirit of the Lord; for behold, they chose evil works rather than good; therefore the spirit of the devil did enter into them, and take possession of their house--and these shall be cast out..." Remember what it felt like before you were born? No? Well, that's how it will "feel" to be dead...you won't even realized it happened. It's sad, I'm certainly not happy about my mortality but, there it is. Any other answer is someone trying to sell you something, usually their own anticipated salvation and version of immortality.

It depends on religion and your personal beliefs. Islam, Judaism, and Christianity believe in the concept of Heaven and Hell and the Heavenly Father. Hinduism and Buddhism believe in the concept of reincarnation.
