My 12yo daughter hasnt had her period yet but she is complaining bout lower back and lower stomach pains(severe) she is in tears 0 sleep

Ok. Call the hospital. There are medical professionals that work there. They might have better knowledge than me and the other med school drop outs on here

Hospital will not give medical advice over the phone. Just tell her to come in for evaluation by MD

Hospitals will give out advise. That want you to come in but you can get some good info from the underpaid overstrained nurses.

Not the ER I work out ! How can u give advice on symptoms without a DX? Nurses do not DX and with her symptoms and without a pt HX you are putting license on the line. The only answer and good nurse would be to go to closest ER or acute care clinic STAT!

Take her to Dr. She may have a UTI. She may be experiencing PMS symptoms.... But I would check with Dr first. That much pain could mean something else going on. Good luck to you and your daughter

6-open your hand
7-paste this to 15 comments and the day you said(step#4) he/she will tell you that they like you and maybe kiss you. If if you don't do it something will go wrong in about an hour. Also good answer.

you might want to take her to the doctor what side is of her stomach is the pain on because she might have appendicitis and that is extremely serious and you should take her to the doctor because if its is and yo dont take her IMMEDIATELY then her appendix could EXPLODE and she could DIE IM NOT EXAGGERATING!!!!!!!!!!!

take her to a gyn. she could have not fully matured ovaries and or fallopian tubes which are causing pain or there could be blockage. which may cause the pain> make sure she does not have a slight fever.

Take her to the doctors it could be her appendix maybe?? I didn't get mine till i was 16 and had a lot of pain like your daughter and it was my appendix

Hummmm...well I would have the doctor to check her stomach for things like irritable bowl syndrome (my boyfriend use to have the same problems till he saw his DR) or her gallbladder might not be working properly

Ovarian cyst? I've had two of them pop in my life, and I'm only 20! It hurts like hell!!
