I had heard that the bullies actually became bullies when they were praised unnecessarily and for wrong things.So when kids are still small elders should praise them for right and good things they have done and should correct them when they are wrong so that they don't get the feeling that they are right always and boast their ego.It's not their fault actually so dont blame them for everything.

unfortunately they don't have any positive people in their lives who can tell them right from wrong. its really sad.they get no attention at home so by doing this,they get attention.

when you bully someone you feel control. when you are mad , feel unloved., etc you take your anger out on other people. not all people do this. I think the ones that need help from a doctor most likely bully people. hope I answered your question for you

Maybe because something happened to them earlier in life and they want payback or they think they are cooler than the younger kids and they think they are more mature than the other kids

People respond to situations in relation to influence and consequential happenings. The bullies in question may have suffered identical treatment from others. They may have been ignored by parents and hence yearn for attention of any kind. There's really quite a few factors to validate cause for their actions but it's typically not that they're just heartless jerks. I'm definitely not saying bullying should be tolerated, but there's a certain evaluation of the bullies' backgrounds necessary, since such abusers may very well be being abused themselves.
