Consult with an eye doctor. The idea that carrots sharpens your eyesight is a myth. During WW2 the British would put bowls of carrots on the tables in the dining rooms of fighter pilots. They used that as an excuse to hide the fact that they were using radar to converge upon German bombers in order to attack them with the most amount of fighter planes as possible Especially night fighters. The carrots were there to fool any German spies, and explain away the fact that The British were able to "spot" German raiders so easily.
Too much vitamin A can be toxic to the liver.

Yes, but at a controlled dosage because you could get Vitamin A poisoning. Also, fatty acids like Omega 3, 6, 9 are pretty good for your eyes too.

Beta carotene, which is turned into vitamin A, helps improve our eyesight. Another good Vitamin to improve eyesight is a Vitamin called B2. So yes
