My camera shutter is stuck on my iPhone 3GS what is the fastest way tofix it?

Just restart the phone. Or restart the app

Do a hard reset hold down the top button and the round one at the bottom till the screen goes black wait exactly 2 min and put it back on

In my opinion, the fastest way to try and fix the camera shutter is by starting with an implement reset. This should be able to work the camera shutter. If not, try and reset your device by holding the home button with the sleep/wake button for about 10 seconds. Contact Apple or an expert if both the solutions do not work.

Mine had the same problem. After looking into ways to fix it I checked with my service provider (AT&T) where I had the option of replacing it free or upgrading to a 4s for $200. My 4s has been amazing.
