hey why do we get brain freezes when we drink icees or slurpees is it bad and is something wrong with me or does this happen to everybody?

When something cold touches the roof of your mouth (your palate), the sudden temperature change of the tissue stimulates nerves to cause rapid dilation and swelling of blood vessels

Yes it happens to everybody who drinks or eats cold stuff to fast. You can get a frozen tummy too.

Do you live in a box? Everyone gets brain freezes, its totally normal.
