The Pensylvania Department of Enviromental Protection. Some municipalities also have limited powers of oversight and regulation.

www.epa.gov/hydraulicfracture is also informative. Was actually reading about this last week, because I was unfamiliar with it.

Thanks mcx, But you pointed them in the right direction for their state!

& Mikes, it's NOT at all the fun the name implies!! :(. It's a method of underground drilling that's become controversial among many due to the process used. Kind of an interesting read though! ;)
