If I keep eating like this, will I gain weight? Please read on.
so recently I've been eating A LOT, like fruit and stuff and then nuts. I exercise everyday for at least an hour and a half. I dunno if I keep eating like this, will I gain, or stay the same? and btw my parents say I have body image issues (I'm thirteen) and they say it's fine. but I've seen other parents who literally tell their kids they are skinny and underweight but they actually are overweight in some case obese. so I'm scared. I'm 4'11 and 88 lbs. please help ASAP thanks VERY much!!!
