How to babysit a grumpy kid?

i have to babysit this really sweet girl and her very grumpy friend, the friend is 9 and the girl is 8. I am 14, so like what should i do with them?? The grumpy girl, or lets say gg, refuses to do any activity that i offer. and whenever we start playing something, right in the middle she will just quit on us. GG never listens to me when i put her to bed, never goes to bed, never does anything i ask her to do!

ask gg what she wants to do. also let sweet girl's mom know so next time she can lay down the rules before she leaves.

Since I have 4 brothers and sisters that are older than me I know what it is like to babysit a grumpy kid. If they are in a bad mood I try to do something I know they will like, if that doesn't work then it's nap time. Lol

Let her stomp out and dont look back. she will realize that you dont need her and that she is only hurting herself by walking out and come back.

Sometimes grumpy kids are hiding something like a learning disability. So what ever activities you plan make sure it doesn't involve reading or something that may make her uncomfortable. Maybe rent an age appropriate movie. Or if the parents don't mind paint their nails. If she is still difficult tell her she can go sit at a table and be quiet, Make sure she can't watch tv or anything. Also talk with gg's parent and see if there is some way they want you to handle her.
