What is a good father's day present?

My dad is 45 years old. He likes to swim and bike. He is currently trying to lose weight, so candy would not be a good option. Since I am only 14 years old, I do not have a lot of money. I am not VERY close to my dad, so nothing cheesey, but I love him a lot. Home made ideas would be great but pretty much anything I can find for $10 would be really good :) Thanks guys!

It says "Dad is the boss....right Mom?" and on the inside rim it says, "You are loved"

You can choose some of your dad's favorite restaurants and buy gift certificates for him, or also take him to dinner at one of his favorite places, or you can also purchase two tickets, one for your dad and one for you, and then go out and watch your dad's favorite sports team play. Take him out for lunch, that's what I do for my dad and it works
