Well, to get higher grades you must study, pay attention, and take your tests seriously. I did that and i have made accomplishments throughout my 6th grade year. I've gotten honor roll and teacher academic award at school for following those steps
More important than the grades is the acquisition and application of knowledge. When you understand the knowledge, you'll do great and get better grades, but more importantly, you should try to study to remember the things you learned way after you do the test. The best way to learn something is to teach it. So help other people study.

Do any extra credit available and check your work with your friends. If you want an awesome site to study with try Quizlet! It helped me get better grades, and it lets you create flash cards, study with games, and make practice tests on it.

Be sure to always do your homework. A homework pad to write your assignments in will insure that you don't forget what your assignment was. And, when you do your homework, don't just focus on getting it done. Pay good attention while you do it, and absorb every step or fact or whatever. Also, try studying BEFORE the night before a test.
make a list of late assignments you have to turn in (if you have any) and to what teacher (if you are in middle school) and check each one you give off and then write down EVERYTHING you still have to turn in, work on, ect.
study, focus, pay attention and do well in extra-curricular activities b'coz they too add up to your grades. do your assignments on time and maintain a good-student-attitude (your behavior counts too), good luck!
Study, and don't procrastinate. Waiting till the last minute to do you're homework or project is going to equal sloppy work and half-a**ed. Your grade will be of what you completed, not of what you could of done.
Getting good grades is now really easy, I approached http://nexthouressay.com/ for help and they wrote some really fabulous essays for me and I have received great grades because of them. Hope this helps.
